Director of Sales & Marketing:
The client is a division of a larger international corporation providing breakthrough sensor solutions for performance and reliability in critical data gathering applications. Coupling its state-of-the art precision sensor solutions with the larger corporation's surface and bulk acoustic wave (SAW and BAW) technology, my client delivers innovative solutions for measuring the condition of fluids in challenging, embedded environments, as well as highly differentiated physical sensing solutions for both temperature and pressure monitoring. Located in Hudson, New Hampshire, my client is currently seeking candidates for the position of Director of Sales & Marketing:
KEY ATTRIBUTES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Strong track record of managing high growth sales organizations, with a minimum of five years in a senior sales management position. • Positive experience in at least one small, fast-growth, emerging company. • Demonstrated history of building dynamic, targeted sales channels including development of training & support materials • Create and implement demand generation activities and tracking tools • Develop marketing strategy and create and manage company and product messaging and positioning to expand recognition of the Company’s products in the marketplace • Manage/execute all aspects of go-to-market plans including public relations, marketing communications, on-line strategies, pricing, packaging, and related product marketing activities • Inherent DNA to accurately gage, scope, and represent business opportunities for both ongoing planning processes and strategic direction decision making • Ability to evangelize and broaden the Company’s technology & footprint in target markets • Demonstrated success in identifying new applications or markets and exploiting those opportunities • Strong communication & presentation skills, both written & oral • Travel as required (estimated 25-35%) QUALIFICATIONS: • B.S. or B.A. degree in Engineering, BSEE preferred • Minimum 10-15 years sales management experience with similar products and/or in to similar markets • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
