User Info	Spreads just blew out at my place in forum [FX]
Ramthebulls Posts: 10860 Incept: 2007-09-24 Queens, NY	At CMSForex, which trades with fixed spreads except on Sunday afternoons in the first hour after the market opens, spreads just went WAY wide for about 5 minutes. EUR/USD went from 2 to 5, USD/JPY from 2 to 5, USD/CHF from 5 to 8, USD/CAD from 5 to 11, NZD/USD from 4 to 13, EUR/CHF from 3 to 11, etc. Strangest thing I've seen in awhile -- but back to normal now. There wasn't much volatility at the time, but maybe something was going on behind the scenes? ---------- Umbrage is like love. I don't mind paying a slightly wider spread to not get ***ed by the dealer. ---------- Umbrage is like love.
