Attention job seekers, there's hope...been getting bites as of late with my 'skills' section back in...

I put back in my skill set...

Office...
Systems...
Hardware...
Telecom...
Temp Work...
Computer Coursework...

...and filled in everything I can do in each section...took it out way back as I thought it was outdated.

Lt. Dan: "Come on! You call this a storm? Blow, you son of a bitch, blow! It's time for a showdown! You and me! I'm right here! Come and get me! Ha ha! You'll never sink this boat!"

Reason: those who hired me, embarrassed, condensed down

Flick and others who might be interested --

another good example where "wearing a wire" was smart:

Quote:
Roger Anthony Coombs, 40, of Circle Pines, pleaded guilty to one count of soliciting and agreeing to receive a bribe from a May 8 incident where he allegedly collected nearly $10,000 from a small Minnesota business.
<snip>

At a private meeting with the business owners, Coombs allegedly told them they owed the IRS approximately $60,000 but that he could make the situation more "manageable." Unknown to Coombs, one of the business owners secretly recorded the conversation.

actually, pretty smart.

Long story - someone diverting customers away from my business to another location. I was recorded without my knowledge by another person.

Later, her attorney says "have him on tape, being a real *******"

My attorney responds - "Can you show me the statue against being an *******"

I thought at the time - hell, if there were statutes against that, would eliminate a huge number of lawyers smiley

Like if you divert business that came in on my phone line to another business where you are working part-time without my knowledge - and I'm _not_ gonna be an ******* about it?

ETA - I never told anyone except my attorney that how I found out was a _client_ told me he thought I ought to be aware of it. That was a smart move.

We get outside the courtroom, the client is there to testify on my behalf - they huddle, try again to settle on their terms - I won't, go in to the courtroom - judge walks out - their attorney then asks judge a moment to confer w my lawyer, then they want to settle on my terms
