I decided to settle down some in my late 20s in Austin and get a degree from UT which wound up not being much different from my previous life besides the tests/classes I had to spend time in. UT does have some nice resources which put me where I am now. Even though I make double the the median household income in the USA, I can walk out of my front door in 30 minutes with nothing more than a backpack with necessities (no money) and be on my way.
