Eh, I'm subscribed to one of those. Ah well, email I'm not worried about as i use a specific one for every company i do business with. Of course if its targeted spam (i.e. something that would be relevant to my interests) I might not mind so much. :)

Just postal mail as far as I know. But I dunno... they might ask for e-mail addresses too. If so, I guess they're included.

Unortunately I believe that the USO also sells their list. Too bad... I donate for a cause and now get all sorts of mail and calls from other organizations.
