Calling it a "glitch" trivializes the problem. Is it a "glitch" if it's intentional? Here's my previous post on this issue:

http://tickerforum.org/akcs-www?post=169....

As I've noted before, Stalin nailed it: "I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how."

None of the candidates or issues mean anything if TPTB can change votes behind the scenes.

Hafiz, that has scared me for a while. It is one of those things in the back of your head when you vote. For now all we can do is continue to vote and hope it isn't so. I like to think that the votes are counted on the local level so it should help. Think about it, even if there is voter fraud going on, then it should be evenly distributed between right and left, leaving out the two party system joke for now. Second, it would seem to me that there are too many fingers in the pie. Someone would notice something and it would get out. Also keep in mind that there are many private polling companies and they will scream if the results get too far away from their prediction of the margin of error.

I've always said these electronic vote machines will be the end of the Republic; the fraud would be rampant. And when they finally get around to implementing voting over the internet, you may as well not bother voting.

There are zero good reasons for going to electronic voting; the only real reason is to enable massive, systemic fraud. No other.

The Republic was dead the moment the first ten words of Article 1, Section 8 were ratified and codified legalized thievery as the law of the land.

Here we go, just because I've learned that I've learned more from Bezz by checking out his points than otherwise. ;-)

Eaglewwit--They keep the electorate divided with "wedge issues" so that they only have to win by a slim margin--within the pollsters' "margin of error." Then you just change a few votes here and there, presto chango, the preferred candidate "wins"...

Plus all the results from local elections are fed into a central computer, so it can all be changed from there. Read up on it. It's all out there on how it's done, but nobody pays attention because it's too scarey...

It's just like high-frequency trading, MERS, the notarization scandal, etc, etc. Remember when we thought that PPT was tinfoil? Now look where we are. They are frontrunning and stealing your vote the way they steal stocks and houses. It's power in the hands of the elite and technology run amok...
