The FedUpUSA Forum is intended for General non-stock based news and stories about political grift, corruption and fraud in the financial system and government. FedUpUSA was founded for the express purpose of helping people organize in furtherance of the goal of returning lawfulness to our government and financial system, which means EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW (as opposed to 'laws are only for the little guy'). This Forum is specifically for ENCOURAGEMENT of activities that expose the fraud and corruption, whether it be contacting Congress, protesting, support of various judicial or legislative action, writing articles or op-eds, or other means of attempting to regain an honest, law abiding government. People who perpetually post derogatory remarks, put-downs or other statements of discouragement or ridicule of other's efforts will NOT be tolerated.

Debate on those issues is encouraged. However, violation of any of the following rules will result in a complete and total ban on access to Tickerforum:

1. Personal attacks against any user here. NAME CALLING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

2. Any sort of partisan political snipes - including things like "Obongo" or "McStain." There are now sub-forums for politics. Absolutely NO PARTISAN POLITICS!

CLARIFICATION:
There should be no discussion of politicians as it pertains to left/right/Democrat/Republican. Discussion of politicians is limited to their role in the fraud and corruption and should have nothing to do with their political affiliation.

3. ANY sort of attack on those who are presenting evidence of corruption.

4. Spamming. Saying the same thing over and over until the other side gives up so it looks like you won. This includes "straw man arguments" whether repeated or not (further clarification of what this means will be provided upon request).

5. Attacks on our troops will NOT be tolerated. If there is evidence of corruption or fraud within the government as it relates to the military and you are presenting evidence, fine; address the source of the problem, not the individual troops.

You may attack the credibility of the evidence presented, since this is a forum to debate and air IDEAS - but any sort of attack against the messenger will not be tolerated.

This area will remain clear of such ad-hominen nonsense. There will be no warnings and no second chances - if you violate the above rules your account will be permanently banned.

This forum is open to all to read, including those who are not registered on the forum, but you must be registered to post.
