Starvingartist Posts: 3430 Incept: 2011-01-03 Puff The Magic Dragon	I just expect public records to be...public. :) I got wind of the fact that some HOA's are ending up with properties that they are in turn renting reasonably around here...so I've been looking around for property with the HOA listed as owner. I keep running into these confidential files. A real estate friend tipped me off. She has run into two of these in the last week - everything ready for the sale only to find out that the supposed owner was no longer the owner - the HOA was. ---------- "The only solution that is mathematically sound is politically impossible.
