You also must submit to an inspection of your collection by the ATF when they request, but it can be done at a place of your choosing. You have to fill out paperwork but it's not that hard. If you can pass a NICS background check at an 01 FFL, you can get an 03 FFL. It takes months though for the slugs to process it. It has the following rebate choices: $12 for 5 qts of Mobil 1 $24 for 10 qts of Mobil 1 $15 for 5 qts of Mobil 1 + one Mobil 1 Extended Performance Oil Filter $30 for 10 qts of Mobil 1 + two Mobil 1 Extended Performance Oil Filters The coupon states that you have to purchase at participating retailers and lists mobil1.com/fallrebate as the website. I can't get the website to work; perhaps it'll be functional on 1 Aug. It also lists 1-800-ASK-MOBIL for full terms and conditions. I also found Mobil 1 Rewards, which looks like it can be stacked with this rebate: http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/Moto.... If these can be stacked with some of the deals that I'm seeing at auto parts stores, it'd make an oil change with Mobil 1 very cheap. I've seen 5qts Mobil1 + Mobil1 filter for ~$35.
