Or put differently maybe this same debt would have been created regardless but thanks to new laws, it is all owned by the goberment. You can not include them into a BK and they will seize your bank accounts,tax returns and garnish your wages to get the money from you. This was put into law with the 2000+ page Obama Care bill.
