I propose a Constitutional Amendment which reads:

"No law enforcement agency or officer shall be permitted to employ any arms, armor, or other weapon that is not also permitted without restriction to each and every citizen within that agency's jurisdiction."

The goal is to put a stop to the militarization of police and further 2nd Amendment erosion.

Having the availability/access to the same arms as the police is insignificant unless one also has the ability to use said arms in the same manner as the police.

This may be abit off topic but it is becoming more evident every day that we
no longer have american government.Whatever the hell this government is it is NO longer American,they are above any and all laws doing whatever thier agenda
is.16 trillion of American taxes spent above and beyound the law,WTF,where the
-uck is there any governing body doing any -ucking governing of the -ucking Laws.An illegal in president,a felony charge running monies,the list goes on no regulating of home loans and NO proscution or is being stopped WTF.Stock markets
are no longer effected by bad economic news,people with little or no jobs,where the the -uck is the governing?co-gress and se nate doing nothing,why the -uck do pay these they don't govern nothing more than they take for them selfs,SEND these -ucks home,reject their retirement for lack work done in governing!!!!!!!!
