I shot during Irene's "Backside", as She past by to our East. it was about 6 AM, (It was barely light). i'm located about 4 blocks from the State Port(s) on the CFR. It was very Surprising that We even got winds this high, being on the WEST side, and the "back" of irene.. As I noted before, i was awakened around 4:30Am to my home rockin & rolling... I know it's a short clip, (not enough memory).. Steady TS Force winds, gust frequently to around 80... Though think about this, happening for 12 hours stright!.. Folks (especially farmers) certaintly took some hard damage, but we were denied on our FEMA application for assistance. Looking at the sh** across the (Hudson) river from here, well, they need help way more than us. We'll keep it together, already have, here.
