It was raining very lightly but I only saw about 5 people. Maybe it was too early or the rain was an issue. Bicycle cops were either paying them no mind, or listening to the monologue. One guy was debating the points- so no tear gas at this rally. I took a couple of snaps, I'll upload when the kids are down. I was walking across the street when Megaphone-guy put down his megaphone and looked right at me and asked (very nicely) "Hey! Can you hear me over there?" I said "Oh yeah, but they can't understand you."
