Karl, I received two copies of your book from Amazon today (one for me and one for my brother-in-law who has shown sign of being interested in this stuff). I can't wait to dive in.

I just have one quick note on the cover design. The image would be a bit more refined if the designer had used the serif of the 'V' to imply the top of a nail instead of inserting that image of a nail. I'm a graphic designer, so I couldn't help but to critique it. It's just a minor thing, but it would be cleaner.

Otherwise, great work. I've been trying to get my friends and relatives to read your stuff for years with little success. Hopefully an actual book will help legitimize you in their eyes.
