Before those announcments came out, the major European indices were RED. The "news" was used to stage a short squeeze in both European equities and the Euro itself. It's not like the bear market in the euro is over because of one tiny bounce. I expect more upside before heading back down. EDIT: Seriously, look at the chart, lots of room for a pull back.
