It was a popular book in the 1908 timeframe. pika - everyone knows. at least everyone that cares. this **** has been published and well known for centuries. The founding fathers knew this. hell Jesus Christ knew this. Hitler knew this. Andrew Jackson knew this. Lincoln knew this. this is not new. it is not news.
