It is not really news around here that there is massive fraud and no rule of law in Russia. But I posted it because I think it is timely considering the U.S. elections coming later this year, and, as far as I know (untrained, admittedly), the un-verifiable / black-box voting process we have here. The above quote is noteworthy because lack of a lawfully elected government is the context for revolution.
