The ideal candidate will have current hands-on experience with the diagnosis and repair of VW/Audi vehicles, preferably with recent experience in an Audi dealership’s shop and current Audi certification, or equivalent. A high degree of competence with computers, the ability to visualize customers’ problems as described over the phone, and good oral and written (telephone and e-mail) communications skills are also required. This is a full-time position with benefits (paid vacation, health insurance, 401k, profit sharing). Legal US residents only. The potential exists for a non-local candidate to work from home most of the time rather than relocate, however 2-4 weeks of travel per year should be expected.
