The $25 billion settlement with banks over foreclosure abuses may trigger a wave of home seizures, inflicting short-term pain on delinquent U.S. borrowers while making a long-term housing recovery more likely.


So, we increased the change of a realistic housing recovery from 1 to 2%, whoopity ****in' do!

All these folks been livin' in their McMansions for the last couple of years without paying their mortgages are about to get their asses booted the curb. At least, that's what it sounds like.
