While I would prefer that as well, it's unrealistic to think that a non-politician can start from zero and make it to be POTUS in one cycle. Now, put him in the VP position and things start to look much different.

If he means what he said on the video, and he does this, the timing would be nothing short of absolutely brilliant.

On the heels of the outrage about the Judge's show being dropped from Fox, and just a fews weeks out from some extremely pivotal primaries, the impact this could have shouldn't be underestimated.

There are MANY people who are luke warm or less on RP, but who have complete and utter respect for the Judge....I couldn't even begin to estimate how many people would vote RP if only for Judge Napolitano.

While VP has very little 'official power,' the mere idea of giving the Judge any sort of influence at all in Washington is about as compelling as it gets.

I'm not a big RP supporter (I still see him as the "lesser of the evils" which is repugnant to me), but this could be a good move...with this, and have him utter the words "stop the looting and start prosecuting" publicly and RP could wipe the floor with the rest of the candidates.

Ron is ama and republican and the judge is a lawyer and establishment as they come. Dont get me wrong they both seem like nice guys. But how long could you hang out in a *****house before you got some? Just sayin we do have a track record of picking swarmy and more swarmy. I would like some one without such strong ties to the systems that got us here. JMO

While both RP and I believe, the Judge, put their faith in a return to 'hard money' - the good thing is here that since they want to change the system, they acknowledge wholeheartedly it is broken and corrupt. It won't take nearly as much work for them to see that nothing changes if they return to gold-backed currency - that will be patently obvious if they manage to somehow do it, and it makes no difference. The Judge in particular, is quite well aware of the theft.

Andy - Have you READ any of Napolitano's books. He is as straight a shooter as they come. He would literally have to do a total about-face from what he has been telling the public for the past 10 years to become 'establishment.'

Do either of them have the real answer to our problems regarding the monetary system? No. Do they truly want to change things back to what our Founding Documents proscribed? YES! I do believe that wholeheartedly. In which case, we have a basis for at least getting HEARD when it comes to monetary policy and we also have a basis for the start of the prosecutions!

Maybe my thinking is backwards but I believe we need to restore the power(s) of the Constitution first in order to tackle the monetary problems. That's just how I'm seeing it. This would be a huge step in having "The People" have a voice once more in our Republic. I am so ****ing sick of this corporate take over of sovereign nations, our own included. As soon as Europe collapses, we're next.

Dear lord I just got goose bumps. If he would have said this prior to SC primary I would have voted for RP. I have a lot of reservations about him, mostly foriegn policy issues. With the Judge there to temper him, this is a slam dunk! Brokered convention here we come!
