You even know how to hedge and make the best trades turning that $75,000 into $110,000. Huge return there. You cash out at just the right moment. You pocketed $35,000 minus cap gains. So you basically walk away $30,000 richer. Then what? What will $30,000 do for ya? Bupkis. That's what. Because the price of an apartment in NYC went up $60,000 in the same time period. And even if you made a couple hundred grand, anything you buy is inflated and them deflates later on. Nobody wins when bubbles burst. Those who play along win so long as the bubble is bubbling.
