Withholding went up, as it should have, because New York has been reporting new jobs. Estimated imploded.

I bet a lot of the Withholding includes City, Municipal and State OVERTIME - people I know who work for the city have been raking it in the past year.

Pojects need to get done and they are not hiring any new employees so the existing ones are making out like bandits, also props up their pension.

Also note Estimated Tax is down that is the real economy, will also show up in sales tax, not good.
