I'm guessing no bail for George Zimmerman. I also predict leave with full pay and benefits for Eric Holder, plus early retirement for stress related illness - then a cozy job at a Wall Street law firm. That's my guess.

O'Mara was on fire today and BDLR looked like he was all wet. His questions were ridiculous and was handed his lunch by the answers.
MoM got a lot entered into evidence over BDLR's objection -- GZ's statements, injury photos, witness statements, 911 call of GZ screaming for help, and that 7-11 video of a tall Trayvon with his hoodie up, photobutton on, and store clerk constantly watching him as if he was going to lift something.
BDLR hated seeing that 7-11 video. They are still pushing the 12 year old boy image of TM.
The ball is in Lester's Court now. There was enough evidence presented today that he should just dismiss the case, or for now, just release him without bond. 7 posted on Friday, June 29, 2012 12:39:13 PM by Uncle Chip

All the prosecution's so-called evidence is a bluff.
Their entire case is "GZ lied" without any evidence of those lies.
BDLR had a golden opportunity to enter DeeDee's testimony into evidence today because he needed help, but chose not to. They are scared to put her up there.
And he didn't call Sybrina to the stand to counter GZ's father who said that the screams were definitely those of his son.
When asked how he could scream with his mouth being smothered by TM, his father answered that the injuries to his son's head show that his nose and mouth weren't the only place where TM had his two hands.
Anyone watching and listening had to walk away stunned at the beating the prosecution took today, and how the judge could possibly not grant bail, yet at the end of the day the judge still insinuates that there is still probable cause ---
The looks on the faces of Team Skittles in the courtroom show that they are going to now go into damage control. The prosecution went nuts when the 7-11 video was presented. No matter how the judge rules, this was bad for Team Skittles today.

I was impressed by O’Mara’s low key performance. He more than got the job done in a quiet effective manner. Getting the 7-Eleven video before the judge was a master stroke. When the judge sees that video he’s going to have to wonder what was going on with Martin.
Anybody in their right mind seeing Martin’s shuffle and disoriented actions in the 7-Eleven would be on the alert just like the clerk.
I’d like to see O’Mara get a couple of experts to review DeeCee’s statement. The investigator lead her around like a dog. He never explored the fact that the girl was not Martin’s girlfriend or asked her why she didn’t go to the funeral. IIRC she had something more important to do like going shopping.
The answer to why she skipped the funeral is she didn’t really give a crap. Crump though had to use her to pluck heart strings. O’Mara will have fun with her. She admitted in her statement that they were not an item. She also mentioned going to see about her high blood pressure. That was not what her twitters said.

Yep-- he earned his money today.
And I expect that the 7-Eleven video will speak volumes as to TM's mindset that night.
There are laws against wearing hoodies in Florida but there he is. And he is rocking back and forth like he's on something. The clerk is watching him as if he expected him to pull out a weapon at any moment.
And that photobutton on the sweatshirt was found in his pocket. Why was it in his pocket??? His taking it off and putting it in his pocket to keep it safe from his expected confrontation shows premeditation on his part -- big time.
And he asks the clerk for something behind the counter and the clerk refuses to sell it to him. What was it -- something else illegal for him to have.
And he definitely looks like he's taller than 5'11" and probably was. The autopsy did not say that he was 5'11" Tall. It said that he was 5'11" Long. He was taller in life than he was longer in death. That video shows someone 6 foot or taller.
And I hope the police tested that can of Arizona Juice for GZ's blood. It was probably used as the weapon that opened the gash on the back of his head.
I'll bet that clerk is on the witness list. I hope he stays safe.
And as far as DeeDee, if she actually thought TM was in danger that night, why didn't she call 911, or call him the next morning to see if he was all right, or the day after or the day after, or the police or his parents or anybody. She wasn't worried about him because she knew that he was a good fighter and could take care of himself. It's possible that TM told DD that he was going to beat GZ down and teach him a lesson and when he didn't call back she decided to lay low lest she be dragged into it.
And from what I understand the phone records of TM's and DeeDee phones don't line up. That's Crump's doing.
Team Skittles left court today in full damage control mode -- 18 posted on Friday, June 29, 2012 2:47:33 PM by Uncle Chip
A lot of things being entered into evidence that the prosecution does not want to be there: GZ’s statements, witnesses 6,11,20 statements, and the 7 eleven video, probably to show TM to be closer to 6’2” and had his hoodie on and his photobutton, which was subsequently found in his pocket where he put it for safe-keeping before engaging in the GZ beatdown. Crump looks dejected -—

As the judge today considers whether to grant George Zimmerman bond, the City of Sanford is reeling from the costs of the investigation and prosecution to date. It's asking that the State of Florida chip in.
The costs so far: $385,000, including:
* $96,000 in overtime * $182,000 in regular time * $106,000 in other expenses
These costs don't include expenses of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the state attorney's office or the special prosecutor.
So, the race-baiters are racking up the meter on the city of Sanford. Feel the love, racist bitchez.
There is a good play-by-play commentary of today's Zimmerman bond hearing by poster cboldt below this article.

Yo Uppity, man, thanks heaps for the recap. Awesome news. When the Z-man is once again a free-man, a *somewhat* large group of people will be very*****ed. They will interact on a daily basis with a *very* large "other" group of very*****ed people, thanks to Chief Justice Roberts. Hmmm, extreme catalysis in the making? Perhaps. Thanks for creating this tinderbox, *******s (we all know who they are).

I thought bail ordered where given out right away after a bail hearing. It's been 3 days so the judge must be writing a dozie of a bail order. I bet he called up judge Roberts to get tips on twisting the law properly.

Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. worked on the decision over the July 4th holiday and was finishing up his written decision Thursday morning, said Michelle Kennedy of Seminole County Court administration.

Don't worry, they just took his entire legal defense fund. Expenses paid.
on the basis that he "appeared to be ready to flee the country"....with a satellite tracker clamped to his leg, and his face plastered to every TV in the nation. Right.
Wouldn't you just love to see a carload of guys pull up in front of moLester's house, get out and "explain" to him, medium-style, why he's a lying piece of black-clown-suited ****?

That actually turned out better than I expected. They stole half his legal defense fund and the judge said he would immediately revoke bond if they charged Zimmerman with anything else(*cough* perjury *cough*), but much less blatant than just keeping him in jail forever. Due to the judge, it's pretty clear that the SYG hearing will go in favor of the state.
The thudge and the prosecthugs have committed conspiracy and deprivation of rights under color of authority.

If you provide the complete bond then you receive it back after appearing at trial. But most people use a bail bondsman and you pay a fee to the bondsman for putting up the whole bond (so he may pay $100,000 for a million dollar bond, the $100,000 is gone for good).
There's really no point to meeting the terms of the new bond. The DA will just charge Zimmerman with perjury and then judge has already promised he'll revoke the bond again. 100k goes bye bye.

Someone mentioned in a Post Last month I think, something about Mike O'Mara, NOT BEING on GZ's side so-tospeak,(Not working in GZ's Best interest) to the Effect the Snafu over the Legal defense monies & Passport(s), (I wish I could find the exact post),, It seems to Me that *MOM*, (Mike O'Mara), is doing LESS than a "steller" Job of Defending George... If He is Defending George AT ALL, Seems MOM is Looking out for MOM & NOT GZ... If I were GZ, I would be Trying to find a NEW ATTORNEY ASAP! Judge Lester is using money & "Family" to reduce Zimmerman’s capacity to defend himself by any means... Lester, Is showing ALOT of BIAS & prejudice. (OR, *TIN_FOIL HAT ON*, Someones got Some of Judge Lesters Skeltons, threatening to pull'em out of the closet. Ya'think? ) George NEEDS someone Like, Alan Dershowitz NOW..... GZ needs a PITBULL, NOT a Chihuahua
