This is gonna get milked and re-milked for a while - even though it fixes nothing.

Sounds like the vote is moot - they had to be voting on yesterday's ESM, not today's ESM. Didn't the high court ask for a delay on the old ESM vote anyway? I can't see the old ESM getting passed any time soon, but what do I know

The ESM passed today in both houses. The high court only asked the Bundespresident not to sign the law until the court could check it. There is already high court litigation about the ESM.

If you read comments on any online news about the ESM, most voters are against the ESM law. However it passed with more than 2/3 yes in both houses.

No, the German people are stupid.

The fraud and lies are only allowed to continue because the people allow it. Either through apathy or ignorance, they still allow it.

Here is the ESM treaty text:

http://www.european-council.europa.eu/me....

Even the people are above any law. See Article 32 to 35. Their income is tax free see Article 36.
Funds are virtualy unlimited. It is unconstitutional in Germany from many accounts, because those folks in the parliament have no longer control over their budget. But why should the German parliament be any better than the US one falling to their knees on front of Hanks "Tanks in the streets".
Unfortunately the Germans are not allowed to buy firearms, but I peronaly don't believe, that the attempt to fight the monetary debt implosion with a money for free explosion will prove successfull.
