Lunatic, oh so now you are resorting to outright lies then. Please link to where I said anything about consuming fats? Otherwise STFU! High carb foods do tend to be calorie dense, so there is absolutely nothing inconsistent with what I said. Either you are a liar or just dense. Please tell me which one it is.

Screw it, I have no time for dishonest pukes. It is bad enough that I have to be forced to deal with the politicians and bankers. You go on ignore.

Chris Christie is no victim. He is a morbidly obese man that is looking to play the victim card. Period.

A piece of wheat bread is high in carbohydrates yet not calorie dense. At 4 kcal per gram, carbohydrate is not even half as calorie dense as fats are at 9 kcal per gram. The only way a food is calorie dense is if it contains fat.

Now if you were talking about desserts and things which are made from carbohydrates and fats (like cheesecake) then you're still off target because the problem with food like that is not the caloric density but the total quantity of carbohydrate. That's why you could make a low carb cheesecake and not gain any weight eating it whereas the carb-laden one will pack on the pounds. The low carb version is still calorie dense but won't be fattening.

So again, your verbiage was unclear and I assumed you simply didn't have all the facts. If you did have all the facts then you stated them in a way that was totally misleading. Personally I think you should be ****ing thanking me for cleaning up your mess.

Listen Lunatic. Just take your hiding like a man. What I said is not wrong. If you consume 5000 calories a day, YOU WILL GET FAT. So, eating tons of calories, high carb diet, and no exercise will turn you into a fat ass. That was in my initial post. So instead of looking pathetic just STFU and stop posting, because no matter how you spin it, you just got your ass handed to you.

Gluttony has become an acceptable vice. Shame fat-asses again and it will recede.

I am guessing Lunatic is a fatass and an apologist to boot. I think this really hit a nerve.

I am more forgiving of people with a overeating compulsion/addiction than a drug addict, for the reasons that Christie gave.

So "calorie dense foods" has now morphed into "eating tons of calories"? You know they're not the same thing, right? And I know quite a few people who don't exercise at all yet are quite thin. Do you have any clue what the **** you're talking about... ever? Or is it all just a constant barrage of bull****.

If I didn't know Karl watches out for this stuff I'd almost think Fraudster is a sock puppet for Guy Daley. You have the same style and mentality (and no, that's not a compliment).

And sorry, not a fatass, but I was at one time. But then I began eating calorie dense foods, eliminated carbs and cut back on my exercise. Problem solved.

And please go ahead and put me on ignore like you said you would. Or was that just more bull****?

I tend to be forgiving of drug/alcohol addiction cuz it's so physical - some seem to get addicted fast and can't get away from it without major effort...some fail and die. I'm not in their bodies, so I can't know how it is for them.

I don't feel forgiving if they steal for it.

I don't feel forgiving of fat folks if they steal food either.

I do figure I am only able to experience my own experiences. Maybe fat IS different for each person. Some have it easier and some harder to lose.
I do agree everyone needs to learn what works for their body to feel good and be as healthy as possible.

I am very thin, and I don't exercise AT ALL. But if you are a fatass, then cutting back your calories, eating fewer carbs and exercising are all a part of the formula for getting back in shape. This is not controversial.

Many of the calorie dense foods (and I am thinking junk food here) does not really give the consumer a feeling of being full, so they eat more calories than they should. In addition, eating a high carb diet is a big problem, AS I SAID REPEATEDLY.

You have simply chosen to ignore relevant parts of my post. Distort, misquote, lie, cheat and commit "fraud". You are no better than banker scum or Obummer.
