I can see the case that the uncertainty we're suffering under will be lessened should Romney get elected. Obamacare being a big part of this, assuming he follows through with his promise to repeal. The same story WRT the EPA and other regulatory agencies. Should the uncertainty lessen, I can see J6P rearranging his retirement assets. I don't see Romney going fullon fiscal hawk, but maybe he'll grow a pair. The timing is difficult to imagine.
