Laswyguy Posts: 8326 Incept: 2007-07-25 Orange County, CA	my point is that your never free and clear of title in owning real estate... you pay off your car its yours but for a home, you must still pay the 1-1.5% a year for taxes and if you stop they seize your house and auction it off. If the cost to borrow is less than the inflation that you borrow as much as you can. at 3% its break even.. the dont borrow argument makes sense at 4%. ---------- positive alpha - bitches!
