I fail to see how difficult it is to identify if the preparer knows tax fraud is being committed by said illegals, then he/she should deny them tax services. If the preparer begins working on claims and discovers fraudulent filings then the preparer must shut down knowing the pattern/observation of behavior recognized from past filings, but be sure to collect your money for services rendered up front.

exactly. many years ago people used to claim imaginary kids and pets for the deduction. (Part of) the reason why you need to get a SS# for a newborn was to report them on your 1040 and verify they really existed and only claimed by one filer.
