I heard that these guys are doing $100M in sales a year, which is pretty absurd since they maintain a very laid-back vibe. Even though I like to bust the chops of gringo restaurants that serve Tex-Mex, these guys actually do a worthwhile job creating their own angle with the food. There's one right by my house and it's always packed.

The original owners sold to a group of investors who expanded the number of locations. They haven't sold out the product though. They still are slinging good stuff there.

It is probably the best Tex-Mex restaurant owned by whitey. But there's way better hispanic-owned Tex-Mex joints around here.
