I've noticed that their release management process must really suck. That's what happens when software companies try to do too much and shortchange having effective processes. I have an old free personal account that never received but a handful delivered to the spam box. This is their business model way of saying - fuk you business users - pay for spam filters. One very small problem I've recently had (started about 6 weeks ago), is that instead of being automatically deleted, spam goes into my spam folder & is visible. I've contacted Yahoo about it & they say they are working on it; right. I think it deletes out of the spam folder in 24 hours...but my compulsive side won't let it sit there that long. The spam filter works pretty well, with maybe 1-2 spams hitting my inbox every month. I review the span folder every day for a legit message, then clear out the folder.
