The speakers other comments are good too. The only thing he doesn't say is that even retail investors aren't stupid, and once those investors realize that the game is rigged, they take their ball and go home. For the good of the country I hope that the mom and pop investors stay in cash for th next several years.

I worked 20 years for the NYSE in the tech wing.
I hear from those still working there and there have been a couple of rounds of layoffs this year to an already skeleton level crew.
