Aliveh Posts: 4055 Incept: 2008-01-18 Los Angeles	health insurer profit margins are capped at 15% starting this year under obamacare (from what i've seen in california they were already right around that level) so in this case I'd suspect this is a case of cost pass-through rather than "greedy insurance companies" inflating the bottom line.
