OK folks I've decided to start a new business venture. I'm going to rate bond issues. My analytical process is very simple and transparent. Here's the fee schedule per rating.

$100 for anything sub-A
$200 for an A-rating
$400 for a AA-rating
$800 for a AAA-rating

Ok my process is a lot like the ones that the ratings agencies have been using during the credit bubble years. But at least my process is more transparent than theirs.

What's the wholesale discount for "preferred" clients?

You want a "preferred" rating as a "preferred" client? Then you have to pay a "preferred" price ;)
