I have 11 up over 10% today, FIU up 53%. Haven't seen any news in particular.

DML still going strong C$2.06, since my C$1.76 buy, still seriously under the water with PXP and FDC

ESO Uranium Corp. (ESO) and its 50% Joint Venture (JV) partner Fission Energy Corp (TSX-V:FIS), announce results from its boulder prospecting and radon survey program. A total of seventy-four (74) boulder and mineralized soil samples were submitted for assay with the boulders ranging in size from gravel material to mineralized cobbles and boulders up to 45 X 35 X 30 cm.

Highlights of the results are as follows:

-- Twenty-five (25) high grade boulders with grades over 10% U(3)O
(8 )are reported with highest grade assaying at 39.6 % U(3)O(8)
from a cobble 5 X 4 X 4 cm. The largest boulder sampled assayed
25.7%
-- U(3)0(8) and was > 40 cm in its longest dimension from a
partially recovered block at depth of 90 cm.
Twenty-three (23) boulders assayed between 1.0% U(3)0(8) to 10%
U(3)O(8.)

leaving the Uranium juniors alone at the moment...been buying IFR.V over the last week or two , popped today, looks very interesting, have a look at their Montana property.

Ux's getting smoked with the pressure on oil. DNN, URRE, URZ, URG, all down at least 9%.

Cameco to make $520-million takover bid for Hathor

This news rocked a few of my stocks today, Hat up 45%, UWE up 32%, FIS up 24% and FDC up 21%.

yep nice news,got out of most of my U plays, however I still have a fair few FDC, my favourite play b4 Japan, they have some JV'S with HAT so hoping that works out well, apart from that I still have some DML, some PTU I'm almost breaking even on, some PXP I'm badly underwater on, & UXA a shot Aussie U ish player.
Don't think I will be adding anymore at this stage, no one has any cash apart from CCO as far as I can see, needs BHP, Xstrata to come in and enter the fray IMHO

I think Ux has to perk up in 2012 and 2013 as the raw numbers of supply necessary become overwhelming. I'd love to get some Jnn at 10 cents, I can't imagine that one is just done.

Ux's getting crushed again today with margin calls and oil near 80. DNN lod is $1.23. Jnn.V hit 9 cents today, as I said, once under 3 year support there is no telling how far it could fall.

At some point this fall there will be continued and/or added selling pressure for tax loss season.

Jnn is now at 6 cents! All kinds of firesales at stocks way past 3 year lows, looks like a race to zero, like in 08. DNN hit 81 cents! FIU at 18.5 cents, STM at 32.5. These are insane, we are basically worthless levels.

Uranium Awakes - FNArena News - November 15 2011 By Greg Peel

Two weeks ago the spot uranium market remained fairly quiet but expressions of interest for supply began to be sought by buyers. This proved enough to spark up interest from traders, it would seem, because last week saw a sudden surge in activity. There is still a producer out there looking for 900,000/lbs of U3O8 equivalent and last week two utilities joined the fray seeking a total of 500,000lbs, reports industry consultant TradeTech.

Sensing upside afoot, traders piled in last week to take out most of what was on offer which has now cleared the market of material available in 2011, notes TradeTech, as well as the lowest priced material available for the first quarter 2012. Thirteen transaction were completed totalling 1.8mlbs of which half was traded on Thursday and Friday. To put the week's volume into perspective, eighteen transactions totalling 2.2mlbs were completed in the entire month of October.

The buying rush was enough to send TradeTech's spot price indicator up US$4.00 for the week to US$56.25/lb.

Has uranium now shaken off the Fukushima blues or is this just a false dawn? Early days.

TradeTechs' term price indicators remain at US$55/lb (medium) and US$63/lb (long).

With the HAT deal do you think DML is the best buy?

Hat didn't accept the deal, did they? I'm not sure I have a best buy, just waiting for a few to rocket.

Actually had some nice upticks on a handful of Ux stocks today like FDC.V, UEX.TO, STM.TO, etc. Maybe the doldrums are over?

Still got some FDC a few DML and I bought a spreadbet on Camaco, sold all my others apart from PXP where I am very underwater.
FDC had a joint venture with Hathor, not sure how that will pan out after the merger?

FDC up nicely 20% and volume, Cameco lower !

You think Rio Tinto might give up Hathor's 60% of Henday Jub?

UWE.TO broke out into the mid .40's today.

To be fair I have not been following Uranium very closely since the disaster, was up loads and ended up getting pretty reamed, was holding about a dozen plays. I only have FDC because the loss was too much to take although I did add some cheapos a while back. I bought DML as I had sold HAT, and DML looked the best next takeout target. So sorry I don't have a view what RIO may do.

What other plays have woke up the last month or so?

Camaco making a move, may shift the others...

I've been heavy DNN (DML.TO) since early 2010. I've ridden it up and down. I'm expecting a recovery into the mid $2 range by year end.

UWE.V continues to climb, hit 60 cents today.

PTU.V actually spiked up to 11.5 cents today on some late buys, up 21%. They have some good properties and locations.
