Solution included major application purchase from Oracle and agreement on requirements across multiple business organizations • Branded Solutions eCommerce Outsource Solution – Implemented outsourced solution for OTC on specific branded products within tight timeline for holiday marketing campaign. Process with manufacturing partner was consolidated to include only one ATP date determination and lockdown thus reducing the time to confirm delivery date to external customer and greatly increasing customer satisfaction

Global Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager (2003 – 2006) – Managed all IT projects for a specific customer (NetApp) greatly improving the customer's satisfaction regarding IT solutions provided by Jabil • SAP Serialization Tool – Custom application developed to improve factory floor efficiency in building large configure-to-order servers for NetApp. Final solution decreased time for each server build by more than one-half • 3A4 Purchase Order Process – Maintained and enhanced the Rosettanet 3A4 order process between NetApp and Jabil. This process removed all need for human intervention for 85% of NetApp's order book and handled sending ATP dates to NetApp front-end customer service system
Senior Programmer Analyst (2000 – 2003) – Senior member of B2B development team responsible for developing Jabil's state-of-the-art B2B automated order processing system which greatly reduced overhead costs associated with complex order entry. • Nokia 3A4 Purchase Order Process – Rosettanet automated process that saved both Noka and Jabil money in that it automated the processing of booking hundreds of line items on Nokia's open order each month. Previous to the system being developed, a team of Order Analysts were required to process the order lines each month • NetApp 3B2 Advance Ship Notice – Developed a multi-level Rosettanet 3B2 PIP for NetApp that completely automated the receiving process and reduced the need for human intervention regarding serial data processing • Cisco eHub Process – Developed back-end SQL statements to support Cisco's eHub implementation. This process gave Cisco the ability to see in real time the status of inventory levels across all products being manufactured at Jabil
EDIX CORP. • Clearwater, FL • 1998 - 2000 A national provider of medical transcription services with a large, home-based transcriptionist pool specializing in providing transcription services to hospitals and large physician groups
Programmer Analyst – Key member of development team that developed and maintained all proprietary applications for the company nationwide • Remote Processing System (RPS) – Proprietary C++ application used to receive patient demographic data from hospitals and physician groups. The data was then matched to the headers of reports based on matching algorithm, thus alleviating the need for the MT to type all the patient data (name, address, etc) • Transcriptionist Processing System (TPS) – Proprietary C++ application used to send down the sound files to transcribe to the MT when she logged into the system based on case-by-case priority and MT assignment and ability. • Voice Capture System (VCS) – Proprietary C++ application used to capture the doctor's dictation in sound files that were later broken up and sent down to the MT's via the TPS system. This system was phone based and used standard telecom commands to be controlled by the doctor
