I would send it to my friends, but they all thought i was nuts when I predicted a housing collapse (2004) and ensuing massive recession (2005). My rich dad and rich uncles (along with their mega rich money managers) all think the stock market is underpriced, subprime is contained, inflation is 2%, debt is wealth, employment figures show positive signs and the economy is performing well. How can so many 'smart' people be so blind? Some of my friends in Florida are buying land thinking that we've hit bottom. 2007-07-11 12:47:57
