I think there is a serious reason to short AZ real estate funds and reits now. Actually it might be an opportunity of a lifetime, due to a law that is just about to be signed by the Governor. But what would be the best way to short AZ? Any ideas? EDIT: I thought about shorting some local banks as well, but I am not very familiar with the area. Is there a local publicly traded bank, or banks with heavy exposure to AZ real estate loans only? Last modified: 2010-04-18 02:54:44 by virtual | |||
