Uh, there is no ****ing "moratorium" on foreclosures. The MSM keeps getting this wrong. They've stopped sales, not proceedings:

I suspect that what we MIGHT see, is a suspension of setting sale dates on properties already foreclosed. I do not anticipate a suspension of litigation.
