Yep, it's a sign of a culture in decline. The ability to discuss, think logically, formulate a thought, etc., is decaying. You see it all the time, when they can't logically support their position they simply come out swinging with the first thing that crosses their mind... curses, namecalling, insults, etc. We are sinking into barbarianism on all levels. The irony is they're like parasites, once they've devoured the host they're screwed too. Oh yeah, this will affect the fraudsters too.
