I saw that.... This one is particularly interesting because it alleges specific discretionary pricing patterns. If they can prove it, CFC is ****ed. More importantly, if this has been the actual pattern in mortgage lenders, there are some really bad things that are going to come from Congress, which is going to make the housing situation (and maybe much more) change in some really dramatic ways.
