There will always be those that break the law, which is why laws need an "or else" with teeth. Does this mean we depend on personal responsibility for everything? Previous points made about the licensing are valid and I'm not claiming to know the best solution, but to just let there be a free-for-all on public roads - is that really the consensus on a best solution? What happens when things go awry on the public roads - then what? What recourse do I have for someone that did not act responsibly and then caused the death of someone I love on a public road? 2011-05-23 13:47:03
