Farm land prices in southern Georgia have risen from low $2000/ac to $3000/ac in the last six months thanks to the commodity boom, especially cotton. Are the commodity prices a bubble, they sure look like one so the land prices are probably a bubble as well. 2011-06-11 10:24:38
