Competition between schools for students and funding, however achieved, cannot fail but to be far superior to the public education system. MrGone, really, time to come to terms with the fact that the paradigm of universal public schooling is an unmitigated failure. Putting government in control of schools politicizes them, and political goals crowd out educational ones to the point where no serious education can be achieved throughout much of the system. 2011-08-29 22:54:01
