Just picked up my copy and was sitting in a Bagel shop on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, David Faber and his wife and kids sat down next to me......I took the book out from under my coat on the bench and put it on the table in front of his wife while he was on line to order their food, I thought her eyes would pop put looking at the title! Decided I had to leave, really didn't want to start a conversation with him while his kids and wife were there.....I might have used the words "skull ****ed" too many times, I'm sure it was the right decision. 2011-11-20 13:59:26
