On the US and Europe: "To restore the legitimacy and viablity of our economic model... still unfinished business... we must work within the G-20 model" and make sure the IMF has what it needs. Otherwise, we face "a crisis of legitimacy" which would make it "difficult for us to promote our values and interests globally."
