Yep my folks are in teh same pickle, they turned the thermostat down and have a propane heater for a single room as well.. I was looking at wood-pellet stoves that could interface with their central air vents but they're a bit old to be shoveling ash in the basement at this point. Maybe when I have my compound in Texas ready they can move into the guest trailer
