As crazy as it sounds, 50-55 outdoors is a nice, tolerable shortsleeve shirt day here in Texas. Why not do that indoors? Yes, there's a bit of difference due to radiant sun heat outdoors, but wear a fleece and you're good, comfortable, nobody freezes to death.
