This is just a PSA since I know some are looking for jobs. An Austin company is growing so fast and is so desperate for engineers that they are offering a $10K referral bonus. A buddy switched to Whaleshark, got a 20% raise and a signing bonus. They have other jobs outside of IT/programming as well. http://www.whalesharkmedia.com/careers.h....
