Had a long argument with the IL state representative, Michelle Mussman. She said they won't reduce the rewards for the hard working teachers, firemen and policemen. Her husband is a teacher. Now the state is just passing the buck. Once shifted to the municipalities they will just keep raising local taxes (sales/property). There is no hope for Illinois.
