The jury was hung and couldn't agree on a misdemeanor charge of misdemeanor assault. The prosecutor has until next Friday to decide whether to re-file that charge.

Funny how that works isn't it? You must have a unanimous decision by the jury to be found guilty...but, you must have a unanimous decision to be found innocent as well (which you should be until you're found guilty)...otherwise, screw double-jeopardy, we'll keep prosecuting you until we get the desired outcome.

Good for Lynch for beating the **** out of him...too bad he lives in a 'free country' where getting 'justice' is only possible if the state can make money off it.
